As we all know... All good things must come to an end. But your Office 365 trial doesn't need to end after just 30 day, you can easily extend it by following this procedure.
To extend your Office 365 trial - log in to the Office 365 Admin Portal
Office 365 Admin Centre - Billing - Subscriptions
You will then see your subscriptions. If it has expired it will show as Red and Expired.
To extend it, go to
Billing - Purchase Services -
You will see your expired trial.
Click on the three dots - ... -
You will then see the option to - Extend Trial.
Select 'Extend Trial'
Note -
You will be prompted for a credit card but you will not be billed
After entering valid credit card details, your E3 trial will be extended for 30 days..
Congratulations - You have now extended your Office 365 trial.

Note that I was able to use a Visa Gift Card, even those that type of card cannot be used when entering credit card details for the Azure trial.
